By making a purchase from this site, it is deemed that you are accepting to all the terms and conditions. Twisted Barrel Ale Limited reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any point without notice.

In accordance with the Licensing Act 1964, it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. By placing an order you are confirming that you are aged 18 or over. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. You will be contacted if this is the case.

If your order is for another party and it contains alcohol then the recipient must be over 18 years of age. This is deemed to be the responsibility of the person placing the order to ensure this.

We aim to ensure the prices shown on our website are correct. If a mistaken price is shown we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to carry on with the order at the new correct price.

We make every effort to supply all items listed on this website. However, due to the ever changing nature of beer industry, there are times where this may not be possible. In these cases we will contact you and offer a substitute with the same or greater value or offer a refund for the item out of stock.

We want all our customers to be happy with the beers they are drinking. If a beer is damaged or if your delivery is not the same as your order (wrong product or if a product is missing) contact us immediately at brewery@twistedbarrelale.co.uk.

Due to the ever-changing nature of the beer industry we reserve the right to withdraw and replace products without notice.

We take every measure to make sure all of the information on our website is correct, however, we will not be held responsible for any information that is incorrect.
