Shipping policy

We operate a three tier shipping policy:

Pick Up at our Tap House
Home Delivery in the local area
Nationwide Courier delivery

Pick Up is available during our Tap House opening times only, please review your order notifications for details of when our current opening times.

Home Delivery is available to anyone within a certain distances from the Tap House or within certain post codes.
We make Home Deliveries once per week, usually on Thursday or Friday, and you will be notified on the day your order is out for delivery. Orders placed after midday on the day before delivery will be delivered the following week.
Home Delivery costs £2.50, but orders over £25 can use the HOMEDEL discount code to reduce this to £0.

We offer nationwide delivery across the UK mainland. We use a variety of couriers, and have various levels of shipping costs depending on the quantity of boxes and weight of shipment. Some products may be ineligible for Nationwide delivery, and will be listed as such. If these products are ordered they will be refunded and the remaining items dispatched.
Nationwide delivery is offered on a next business day service for orders received by midday. Orders received after midday will be dispatched the following business day.
Please be aware once the order is picked up we are not in control of the delivery, or any delays which may occur.
